With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

The Nano Flex 0.0 lbs fabric used across these arm warmers utilizes a combination of newly updated durable water repellent (DWR) treatment and mechanical heat treatment to give previously unheard-of levels of rain protection. Light rain beads off the fabric, keeping you dry when those inevitable rainy spells descend.
On the inside of the Nano Flex 0.0 lbs fabric, a super soft finish and the optimal loft have been achieved through Castelli’s meticulous research and development. The fabric feels phenomenally comfortable against the skin and the loft traps just the right amount of air above the skin to keep your heat regulated over a wide range of autumn and winter conditions.
This latest update to the Nano Flex fabric not only reflects Castelli’s ongoing commitment to offering you the very best garment quality but crucially means more time enjoying yourself on the bike.
The flat-lock stitching and single-seam construction keep the profile of the warmers low and the stretch is optimized for maximal freedom of movement. A dual-sided silicone gripper at the upper end secures the warmers in place. The compact size of the warmers makes them easy to stuff into rear pockets when conditions lighten up.
