This is what a bike shop should look like. The best customer service Ever. I've purchased several bikes previous to this but never had a shop that bothered to properly fit me for my bike, setting seat and handlebars, and making sure the angles were optimal. Tom made sure that my bike was properly fitted for a comfortable ride and that I'd get the most out of it. They have a wide selection of bikes and accessories, and a knowledgeable and friendly team.

I finally purchased my shiny new Specialized bike. Tom worked with me to keep my budget in place. I can't say enough good about Tom and his wife. They spent literally hours with me fitting the bike to me and explaining things to me. This bike shop is the cream of the crop in WNY in my opinion.
